Sending Your Garment

Clients are responsible for shipping garments to Jolly Sailor Creative Repair unless otherwise arranged.

Please:

  • Use a tracked shipping service

  • Consider purchasing insurance for valuable or sentimental items

  • Package garments securely to prevent damage in transit

Jolly Sailor Creative Repair is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped to the studio.

Return Shipping

Once your piece is complete and final payment has been received, your garment will be shipped back to you using a tracked method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You will receive tracking information when your garment ships.

Shipping Liability

While every effort is made to package finished work carefully, Jolly Sailor Creative Repair is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Damage occurring during transit

  • Customs fees or international shipping delays (if applicable)

If you would like insurance added to return shipping, please request this before shipment.

Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered, arrangements will be made directly after completion.
